Returns & Refund Policy

At Awqat Al-Ashira W.L.L and Khozama Ventures W.L.L, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and refund process in accordance with the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Eligibility for Returns:

– Products must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

– Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and documentation.

– Watches and accessories that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted for return.

– Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:

– Once approved, customers will receive a return authorization and instructions.

– The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Refunds:

– Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

– Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

– Exchanges are subject to availability.

– If the requested exchange item is not available, a full refund will be issued instead.

Defective or Incorrect Products:

– In the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or exchange.
